Give us a call so we can talk about your needs and schedule a meet and greet. We ask that new clients set aside approximately 45 minutes for a complementary meet and greet at least 48 hours before beginning services in order to make sure we know that we are a good fit. A meet and greet allows your pet to become familiar with us before they hang out with us one on one, and it allows you to give us your detailed instructions for how you want us to spend our time with your pet.
Our service area is 10 miles in any direction from downtown Montgomery (S. Liberty and Eva St.). Clients outside of our service area may be asked to pay an additional fee for mileage.
We are available through our Time to Pet app, by email, and by phone. The best and quickest way to reach us is through our app.
Fear Free is an organization and training program that is dedicated to helping alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets by helping the people who care for them to use techniques and strategies that provide a calm and stress-free environment. Just like us, it’s hard for our pets to be at their best when fear and anxiety take over. We hope to help make life easier on them, you, and us by watching for signs of fear, anxiety and stress and responding in ways that help calm those feelings that can lead to further issues.
They have a lot of great, free resources at www.fearfreehappyhomes.com for pet owners, too!
While caring for common domestic pets is our area of expertise, we are open to discussing pet sitting for other kinds of animals, too. Any breed of dog is okay by us.
We are happy to provide references upon request.
Time to Pet is our pet sitting software and app that allows you to quickly and easily send messages and receive updates/photos of your pet during their visit, schedule your pet’s appointments, keep track of your account, and even keep track of your dog’s walk by GPS. All in one convenient place.
Your dog needs to have a collar or harness with identification and a 6 foot leash. As Fear Free certified pet professionals, we do not use prong or choke collars or retractable leashes, but we can provide our own harness, collar, or leash if necessary.
We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel your plans. However, when we schedule our clients’ visits, we turn away others and are typically unable to fill the empty spot a cancellation creates.
Refunds will be given in cases in which we are forced to cancel services and when you cancel before 7 days of beginning of services. Account credit will be given for cancellations made within 7 days before the beginning of services.
Cancellations made before 14 days before services scheduled on holidays*, from Nov. 15-Jan. 2, and the months of June, July and August will be given account credit.
If services are cancelled after we arrive, you will be charged for the service.
*New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
Pet owners must notify us when returning early from out of town. If you return home early and do not notify us and we show up, you will be charged the full amount of the visit. Any scheduled services that are not given due to an early return will result in your account being credited for those services.
In the case of an unexpected trip extension, we will do our best to accommodate, but additional services are not guaranteed until we have confirmed.
In order to more effectively manage secure access to your home and to better accommodate last minute service requests, Blossom Pet Sitting will be implementing the use of lockboxes for our clients. Clients/Pet Owners may choose to purchase a lockbox from us for 20 dollars.
Door codes and garage door openers are helpful but not sufficient on their own as a mode of entry as they are unreliable in the case of a power outage.
Please be aware that it is not necessary that the lockbox be attached to a door. We are happy to work with you to determine the best location on your property to place it. Common places to secure a lockbox are: on your home’s water meter, somewhere in the backyard, on a tree, on a fence/gate, etc.

Also, when you schedule 10 check-ins/walks at once, we offer a 10% discount. Just a little thank you for our regular walking buds.
Once you receive your invoice for services via Time to Pet, a 50% deposit will be placed on your card left on file. We accept all major credit cards and cash.
