GET STARTED

  1. Once you sign up on our Time to Pet portal, we will approve your account.  You will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account.   
  2. When your account is activated, please provide all of your and your pet(s)’ information.  
  3. Once your account is complete, we will contact you about your service requests and to schedule a meet and greet.  
  4. You will need a lockbox for your house key for us to use during every service.  You may use one of your own, or you may purchase one from us ($20, added to the first invoice).  New clients will receive their lockbox from us during the meet and greet. You will need to add your lockbox code to the “access instructions” area in your Time to Pet profile as well as the location where your lockbox is placed. 

*Front door and garage door codes are helpful, but there must be a spare key/lockbox for backup

 

MEET AND GREET

Once your account is up and ready, we will contact you by phone to introduce ourselves and confirm the time and date of the meet and greet.  This is a good time for your pets to get to know us before we hang out one on one and to allow you to familiarize us with your pet(s)’ daily routine and care.   

AFTER THE MEET AND GREET

If you’ve already put in a service request, we will approve it and send you a detailed invoice.  

Once you’ve received your invoice, confirmed your appointment via Time to Pet, and paid the 50% deposit of the amount due for the scheduled services, your appointment time is secured.  

SCHEDULING

All reservations are made first come, first serve.  Once you’ve received your quote and paid the 50% deposit, your appointment time will be secured.  

TIME TO PET

You can manage your account with us online at www.timetopet.com or you can use the Time to Pet app.  All payments, scheduling, messages, and updates will be available here.

PAYMENT

Full payment for services is due at the beginning of requested services.  

All services requested through Time to Pet are not finalized until the pet owner receives an approval for the requested services. 

All payments via Time to Pet will be collected on the day services begin.
